1. Who We Are
VVA Software ("we", "us", "our") is the developer of Minty Money: Business Empire (the "App"). This policy explains what data is collected when you use the App, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.
2. Data We Collect
2.1 Data stored locally on your device
Your game progress — including money, unlocked levels, stand upgrades, decision points, and settings such as audio preferences — is saved exclusively on your device using the operating system's local storage (SharedPreferences on Android; NSUserDefaults on iOS). We cannot access, read, or modify this data.
2.2 Data collected automatically by third-party SDKs
Google AdMob
The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:
- Device identifiers (Advertising ID / IDFA)
- IP address
- Approximate location derived from IP
- Device model, OS version, and app interaction data
AdMob uses this information to serve personalised and non-personalised ads. On iOS, the App follows the App Tracking Transparency framework; personalised ads are only served with your explicit consent. You can review Google's data practices at google.com/policies/privacy.
Firebase (Google)
The App uses Firebase Core and Firebase Storage for leaderboard functionality. Firebase may collect:
- Device identifiers and installation IDs
- IP address
- App usage events and crash reports
Firebase data is processed by Google in accordance with their privacy policy at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
Facebook (Leaderboard — optional)
If you choose to connect Facebook to view the Friends Leaderboard, the App accesses your Facebook public profile to display your name and score alongside friends. We do not store your Facebook credentials. Your use of the Friends Leaderboard is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
Apple / Google (In-App Purchases)
Purchases are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive only a confirmation that a purchase was made; we do not receive or store your payment details. See Apple's Privacy Policy or Google's Privacy Policy for details.
3. How We Use the Data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Data Sharing
We share data only as described above through the embedded third-party SDKs (Google AdMob, Firebase, Facebook, Apple/Google payments). We do not operate our own servers that collect personally identifiable information beyond what those SDKs process.
We may disclose data if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at vvasoftware2026@gmail.com and we will take prompt action to delete it.
6. Data Retention
Local game save data remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear the app's storage. Firebase and AdMob data is retained in accordance with Google's data retention policies. Leaderboard entries associated with your Facebook profile are deleted if you disconnect Facebook or contact us to request removal.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access personal data we (or our SDKs) hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of that data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Withdraw consent (e.g., for personalised ads via your device's privacy settings)

You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time through:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID
8. Security
We take reasonable technical steps to protect the data the App processes. However, no transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated policy will be published with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after the change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
