1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or playing Minty Money: Business Empire (the "App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and VVA Software ("we", "us", "our"). Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own private, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the App Store or Google Play from which you downloaded it.
You may not:
- copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the App;
- decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any part of the App;
- remove or obscure any proprietary notices within the App;
- use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
3. In-App Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases ("IAPs") such as boosts, decision points, cash injections, level keys, and a no-ads option. All purchases:
- Are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. VVA Software never receives or stores your payment details.
- Are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the relevant store's refund policy. If you believe a purchase was made in error, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly.
- Grant a limited, revocable licence to the in-game virtual items described. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or redeemed outside the App.
- May be lost if you uninstall the App or if the App is discontinued. We are not obligated to provide replacements.
Subscription purchases (e.g., VIP Empire Pass) auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's account settings.
4. Virtual Items and Game Economy
All in-game currency, progress, assets, and virtual items are licensed, not sold, to you. We reserve the right to modify, balance, or remove any in-game element at any time. Such changes are part of the normal operation of a live game and do not entitle you to a refund.
5. Advertisements
The App is supported by third-party advertising (Google AdMob). Ad content is provided by Google and is subject to their policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
6. Leaderboard and Social Features
By connecting Facebook to access the Friends Leaderboard, you agree that your Facebook public profile name and in-game score may be displayed to your Facebook friends within the App. You can disconnect Facebook at any time through Settings. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data provided by Facebook.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or any unauthorised third-party tools to interact with the App.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its backend infrastructure.
- Use the App in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person in connection with leaderboard or social features.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these rules.
8. Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including but not limited to graphics, animations, text, sound, music, game design, and the "Minty Money: Business Empire" name and logo — is owned by VVA Software or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
9. Third-Party Services
The App integrates third-party services including Google AdMob, Firebase, and Facebook. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not warrant that any defects will be corrected or that the App will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including loss of in-game progress, virtual items, or data.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App or in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €10 (or equivalent), whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation).
12. App Availability and Changes
We may at any time and without notice:
- Modify, update, or discontinue the App or any feature within it;
- Change the content, pricing, or availability of in-app purchases;
- Terminate or suspend access to the App.
We are not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania, except where applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
If you are an EU consumer, you may also access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
